OCD and phobias
Dr. Lord provides Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). ERP is a behavior therapy for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). She also treats phobias and anxiety.

Substance use and recovery
Dr. Lord provides comprehensive substance use and mental health assessments. An assessment is a structured conversation about your history, your concerns and your goals. It is a starting point, not a verdict.
She works with adults who are navigating substance use and recovery. Her licenses cover both mental health and alcohol and drug counseling. Relapse prevention is also one of her listed areas.
Clinical supervision
Dr. Lord is an experienced supervisor. She uses reflective supervision to support emerging professionals. That means space for newer clinicians to think through their cases, their reactions and their growth.
